2024 Youth Team Workout

The Team WORKOUT is a great opportunity for our UNC BASEBALL STAFF and players to work with your team in a full INDOOR practice-style setting. The camp will focus on Hitting, Pitching and Defensive Fundamentals and will be modified for your team's skill set This camp does require a minimum of 8 participants with a minimum (2)3 hours sessions of instruction. Your Team Coaches attend for free and are encouraged to be active coaching participants within our drills. Team sessions will be scheduled in the Anderson Barn.

NCAA bylaws, the TeamWORKOUT is open only to 2nd graders through individuals currently in the eighth grade.
